At the Official Palm Pals Soft Toy Store, we want you to love your new plush companions. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the Palm Pals in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned plushies, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
